Dog Trainer Summer Camp

Calling all dog lovers! Our Dog Trainer Summer Camp is an immersive, hands-on program designed to teach aspiring trainers the skills needed to become professional dog trainers. Over the course of the camp, participants will learn canine behavior, obedience training techniques, and behavior modification strategies while working directly with dogs. Through fun activities, real-world practice, and expert guidance, campers will gain the confidence to train dogs effectively and even explore dog training as a future career. Whether you're looking to train your own dog or start a business, this camp is the perfect first step toward mastering the art of dog training!

Eligibility Requirements for Dog Trainer Summer Camp

To ensure participants get the most out of this hands-on experience, campers must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Open to participants ages 12 and up.

• Interest in Dog Training: Must have a genuine enthusiasm for working with dogs and learning professional training techniques.

• Comfort Around Dogs: No prior training experience is required, but participants should be comfortable interacting with dogs of various breeds and sizes.

• Physical Ability: Training dogs requires movement! Campers should be able to walk, stand for periods, and handle dogs safely.

• Respect & Responsibility: Participants must be willing to follow instructions, treat all animals with kindness, and work cooperatively in a team setting.

• Parental/Guardian Consent: If under 18, a signed waiver from a parent or guardian is required.

Important Notice:

Please do not bring your own dog to camp. We will provide trained dogs for all activities, so owning a dog is not required to participate. This ensures a safe and structured learning environment for everyone.
